Re-engaging
To prepare for the launch of Halo Season 2 on Paramount+, we faced the challenge of re-engaging core fans while attracting a broader audience. With a focus on authentic storytelling , exclusive content , and a renewed commitment to the Halo lore, our goal was to reignite passion among loyal fans while positioning the series as a high-action, must-watch Sci-Fi drama.
Addressing feedback from Season 1, we collaborated with influencers to showcase how fan input shaped the new season, reinforcing the franchise’s dedication to its audience. By selecting creators from the Gaming, VFX/Cosplay/Fan Art, and Sci-Fi TV fan communities, we ensured diverse and authentic content that resonated with existing fans and intrigued new viewers.
The campaign was structured into a 7-week phased strategy—Bridge, Launch, and Sustain—to steadily build anticipation, maximise launch impact, and maintain momentum post-release. Influencer content was a cornerstone of the campaign, amplified through a robust paid media strategy to expand reach and engagement. This approach successfully re-engaged Halo’s loyal fanbase while introducing the series to a wider audience, solidifying Halo Season 2 as a standout in the Sci-Fi drama genre and a key offering on Paramount+.
