We were onboarded to manage the UK social campaign for the highly anticipated Oppenheimer, which included content calendar management, copywriting, asset creation, community management and event attendance.
Starting one year out from release, we launched the first countdown asset which aligned globally with a countdown website which was live through to release.
The social campaign was carefully planned to take into consideration content including talent, due to the campaign running in line with the SAG strikes. We were also met with the #Barbenhiemer phenomenon which we tracked closely with regular sentiment reporting to understand the key talking points between the two titles - this allowed us to tailor our content to highlight the key themes audiences’ were discussing.
One week out from release, we captured content at the UK premiere where the full cast completed photo calls and interviews, all of which was live streamed across all social channels.
Following the films release and overwhelmingly positive five star reviews, we created quote assets to roll out across the week highlighting the epic blockbuster as a must see title; pushing the message that Christopher Nolan created it to be seen on the biggest screen possible.
