Having worked with Universal on their title social campaigns for over 7 years, we proposed a channel management strategy to provide best practice support, catalogue content creation and overall account management between the client and third party agencies; a partnership which has now been in place for over 3 years.
We provide channel management across 9 of their UK social channels, including platform strategy, agency management, calendar management, community management and the creation of catalogue content, providing 30+ new posts each week.
Multiple also supplies Universal Pictures with weekly sentiment tracking on live theatrical campaigns across organic and paid posts, providing them them with a clear understanding of the volume of conversation and key themes across their owned channels and wider conversations.
To enable Universal Pictures to track sentiment around their titles in real time, we also manage the creation of bespoke dashboards on Talkwalker, allowing Universal to internally view sentiment and key themes.
